Recently, representatives from Honduran clients visited Hangzhou Roll Forming Technology Co., Ltd. for an in-depth inspection of the cold roll forming system for trapezoidal roof panels.

Inside the workshop, the equipment was in trial operation. As the coil material went through continuous forming, a well-defined trapezoidal profile gradually took shape. The clients observed the entire process attentively beside the machine, occasionally bending down to check whether the pressed lines remained straight. They also picked up freshly produced roof panel samples, examining the surface finish and interlocking effect from different angles.

On-site engineers introduced the key features of this production line: the automated feeding system ensures stable continuous production, the forming rollers are wear-resistant treated for extended service life, and the cutting unit enables precise length-based blanking to guarantee dimensional consistency of the panels. The clients showed particular interest in the equipment's performance in hot and humid environments. Drawing on project cases from Central and South America, the engineers explained how coated rollers and anti-corrosion techniques are applied to enhance the durability of the roof panels.

During the visit, the clients also discussed with their accompanying team the local market requirements for roof panel strength and thermal efficiency, expressing confidence that Roll Forming's equipment can well meet these demands.

This visit not only provided the clients with a clearer understanding of the operational details of the trapezoidal roof panel production line but also strengthened mutual confidence for future project collaboration.
